Jed 2.0 help installing!

at the beginning of installing jed 2.0, it freezes and then i have to hit control+alt+delete to get out of it cuz its not responding. what do i do?

Turn off your virus scanning programs auto ditect..if its norton it doesnt like it at all and most others dont..but its safe if u got from diabloworld!

this happened to me and i dont have any virus protection. any other way?
