Java zon stats

what should i put my stats in (life,mana,ect) and what should i put skills into im thinking max charged strike 1 in avoid evade dodge and those good things then max synergies for charge strike and one more thing what is the damage gana b after i max charged strike light strike fury powerstrike and possible bolt? ty.
