So, I cant create or open any new characters because on a corrupt save error, someone wanna help me out here please?

I wouldn't even bother with Jamella; it's outdated and still full of bugs. I would recommend you use Zonfire's Hero Editor; it's the best! You can also use it for patch 1.09 all the way to the latest patch 1.12.
