Item files

I need to know how to make an item file . I am trying to create whites and I have no idea how to move items to a file . PLEASE help with this.

GO to www.nightshiver.com and Click on d/l Link on the side(it will be moveing sorta) and d/l Jams editor Fuzzies editor and Shadow master...If u still need help look around in the d/ls there should be Lots of info there.
