Item creator problem

I've recently downloaded and Item creator for my 1.07 version of LOD. I've managed to create the item and all but, I don't know what to do with the generated *.dsi file... How do I actually put the created item into the game?

Can you post link to this program here? If I had it, I would check it. It's probably
item file, that shadowmaster uses.
