I did that in Nez for an activity builder/promotion. It bombed, cuz nobody wanted them. And besides, I wasn't going to give out anything insanely amazing for anything less than a king's ransom. Mostly I'd just be giving out +skills items or slightly enhanced standard items. Nez is one tough-ass game when you get to a certain point, and what I was wanting to do would have been pretty sweet if it had gone through. But it didn't.
