it really depends on a few things =/

ladder or non ladder? thats the biggest concern, last i checked, on ladder (useast) an ist wont get you much of ne thing =/

also, it depends on the person you trading with...and how well you can negotiate..

no, maybe for ist mal but not for ist alone.

if it were cta however, the value goes by the +BO except on +1 which goes for 2 due to rune usage. if your lucky, you can get a 1bocta with 1 ist

I just traded 2 ists for a 31 on USEast ladder. I probably paid a little too much, but I don't really mind.
