Ok guys this will probably be answered real fast but i've been away from d2 since the patch...Can you still make bugged or white items...If you can would it be possible for one of you get either explain or give me a web addy that will explain this...So for beening the moron of the day,but like I said it's been awhile...I got so peed off about the patch that I stopped playing..Thanx again guys.....

If there is a way to import them from open I doubt that anyone will tell it. The old way is patched though.

err i wont give you the direct method because someone may still be using a hybrid of it, but if you mask D2 Server as your client and then connect to games using telnet thus bugging the game~!

Me0w, there is no hybrid variation of it, blizzard patched it. Basicly it involved running your own battle.net server and running a packet router in a bugged game to trick the server into letting an open character onto closed. The person whom discovered it sent blizzard the method and a mule full of super-godly items to prove it could be done.

Hence why there are no bugged items on ladder right now.

ive heard rumors of open closed methods left... but never fully proven to me but ive traded info for info... and well -.- basically i know it now takes more than 2 computers to do it.. =X
