a program (d2h or standalone) that searches for a game name such as if u type "coh" it will list all the games with those words... so its easier to join to trade items

No, it's possible. Either using d2h or d2jsp. I think it would be very possible in d2jsp. It would just have to search every game on the list for the letters "coh" and then detect when the list refreshes.
