He didn't maphack. He went to your base and you weren't there so he went to one of the creep camps. When you tried to creep the ones between your base he was heading to your base.

It is like I thought a guy who made 4 serpent wards one after another hacked. But the truth is they cost only 30 mana and have very little cooldown. You have to watch a replay more than one time before thinking someone is maphacker or any type of hacker.
