It's ok, not that great, but still a little good.

Those are the only bonus' from the set, no item bonus' at all. The items alone aren't that great.

Cool looking? Yes.
Other items in the set cool looking? Yes.
Had a bad ass bugged version of it in .09? Yes.

That shields awesome, but not because of its mods.

I have every set in the game, in use, on characters, and Heavens Bretherin is about the worst set there is.
The weapon is totally unsuitable at the level requirement to complete set (equip shield). Do yourself a favor and sell it off for gold.
