*my shield and helm will be socketed but i dont no with wat. So if you can tell me if this is a good build and what i need to change then id appreciate it. (any ideas on how i can get more resists to max and to base then thatd be awesome.)

no, charge does not need to teleport; so enigma is useless there; no ias... go with fort or even a 160/60ias...
also your rings are whack... go with 5ll bk rings; or something of that nature

your skills are alright, the only reason why might may have not been a good choice is because of the fact that fanaticism is so good; unfortuately might is already maxed...

unless your planning on going with what this guy ^^^ said by using exile; finishing with defiance would be a good choice
