Is there a trigger that forces players to put on ally chat?
I really would like this trigger to make my map (Havent even started it) more realistic.

There is a trigger for forced allies. As for 'Forced Ally Chat'... I don't think so.

I'm thinking that nobody bothered to make one because chat, let alone ally chat, is for multi-player only.

I would suggest you just have some kind of text that tells the player to switch to ally chat only.
