Is MMBot Safe?

I really want to use this and im almost going to but is it safe to use and undetacble? HAs anyone been banned for using it yet?

The thing is..

No one knows..

Some people say its pixel-based so its undetecktable, some say warden scans for other running applications.. and it might even search for the mmbot application.
