No it's not. You have to adept. Orcs mass archer and hunts wont work wave and chaing lightning will take out 5 archers. The paults behind will rip any hunts you have.

On Undead it's basically all you can do on goul garg. If he gets fiends I find hunts MG work best always get FD's to counter statues or Banshee or necs.

Human Motar team = GG. So no. Bear tech or. Hunt harass keep going in and out forcing him to get the rifle men and stoping fast expo. The DH dosen't need crepeing once he get's lv 3 all levels but lv 6 are just treats. Unlike warden where lv 5 is basically necessary and same with DK if you want to nuke. So no it may be good but you're not going to win if you don't adept. there is no solid Strat that will win you the game win you're NightElf against any race.

If you want to do a solid start go UD and go goul garg do to they know you're going to do it but there's no Hard counter like there should be. Or go orc and gruntpault on NE's.

do that in 3v3 and 4v4 and you will reach lvl 20 in a week but that isnt sayin much.

never mass tier 1 units for too long in solo or 2v2 for that matter.
