1. Cheating is cheap, I don't think you can argue that.
2. Creating cheats and being a "hacker" isn't something I'd be proud of. You're not only a nerd, but a nobody in the hacking world as well. Don't lead yourself to believe you have special talent, you don't.
3. You should know better.
4. Cheating isn't perfectly fair, sorry. I don't know where you got the idea that using a third-party cheating program(which violates the Battle.net EULA) to gain a huge advantage over your unsuspecting opponent was fair.
