Is Dexterity important for a PVM hammerdin?

Won't maxing holy sheild and +skills from charms get me a 75% max block at level 99? Any1 try this before, help me out please.

never tried this (whatever you are trying, you never really stated what you are trying clearly, base dex hammers?)

but i would say, a hammerdin must have at least 100 dex (just for the items)

usually people play it safe with like 125 but thats a bit overboard, for sure you need max block.

so just do the math

10 hoto
20 anni
20 torch

... i dunno the rest, havent played in a while and quite lazy

I just go to 100 or 120 to be safe, because you never know, you may not get those itesms at all..

my hdin has 99 dex with charms and i havent maxed holy shield yet and he uses 196 hoz and he has max block!!
