Is blizzard banning for the use of regular bots?

Just wondering, I have seen a lot of in game bots lately. Does this mean that blizzard ound a way to detect undetectable bots that spam on battlenet?

They were never undetectable. The color-using bots can be tracked easily, and to the best of my knowledge, Blizzard has been closing those accounts and locking those CD-Keys since 1.09.
