Ip change

Ive had the longest realm down time that i have ever experienced and ive tried on 2 diffrent cd keys and 3 diffrent accounts, i beleive bnet is watching my ip address and temporarily blocked me.
Can someone briefly explain how i would change my ip address?

depends on your ISP and connection ... if you got 56k modem simply reconnect that should change IP ... try to type "ipconfig /release or /renew" in that black-dos-window which is called Eingabeaufforderung in german
