Ip ban?

im on east and my connection is good and i continue to get the cannot connect message, ive tried on both my d2 copies...i get the same message...but ocasionally i can get on and into a game...but as soon as i leave i get booted out, is this a perminant or temp ip ban or what?

If you sometimes can get into a game, you must not have an ip ban.

Hmm try reinstalling i guess.
