Installing mods

installing mods plz help me

Every mod i try to install it says something happened while downloading it and said i should try to download the file agian how should i install the mod?

you may have downloaded a corrupt file...what exactly happens and what file type is it. zip, exe etc....if you are unable to download the mod then you obviously can't install it (unless you recieve a working mod by other means..) here are some sites that have working mods as far as i know. http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/~phrozenkeep/site/ and http://www.diablo2mods.com hope this helps

Diabloworld.com only has around 6 or 7 mods that are all present on Diablo2mods.com in some form or another already and mewgood.com is just a general file thief, ripping off the content of other sites and passing it off as their own. One of the (if not THE) biggest mod forums around can be found at http://forums.d2mods.com with the main site being found at http://www.d2mods.com but I guess being one of the admins there kind of makes me a little biased
