Installing Java Runtime

OK so in order to use GU Edit I need Java Runtime. So I downloaded version 1.2 and extracted it. What I got is Java/Javasoft/JRE/1.2 and the either /bin or /lib as well as some other executables in the /bin folder. No executables are present in the Java, Javasoft, JRE, or 1.2 folders.

So it's extracted now. Question is: How the hell do I install Java Runtime? I don't see any type of install.exe or whatever file...

I downloaded it...I can't remember if it was in .rar, but I unpacked it. Came with a self unpacker and did autoinstall when ye double clicked on it. I have no idea how to add an attachment or if attaching the copywrited material is legal, so sorry, I'm afraid I can't help any more than that.

go to java.com, unless ur on a mac it'll come with an install guide and program
