Info on setting up a Pindlebot

I have never used a bot before, and I haven't been able to find enough info. Sorry I'm a newb, but if someone could help with some info aswell as what to get and what not to get, that would be great. If anyone has a guide to follow, info on what's considered safe to use on bnet, safe downloads, whatever info thx.

well dl something and then read the readme the stickys here are all safe
