Resident Evil 2 does not have any code that u input. I remember from the days when I had it. Basicly, your going to have to either get past a part with no ammo, or restart. Restarting sucks, trust me I know.

If you want the ammo cheat for fun purposes, there is infinite rocket launcher if u beat scenario 1 on normal difficulty in less than 2:30 with an A or B ranking
