Alright if hurricane for druid dose cold dmg and i put a cold in my helm or wep wouldnt it make more hurricane dmg since cold facet ands cold dmg up??

Yes it does, hurricane is pure cold damage (im pretty sure) so putting a cold facet would increase damage
