Important info about D2Loader READ BEFORE POSTING

Since there have been a few posts about d2loader and how to get some stuff working here is an explanation:

1. Multiclient DOES NOT WORK the way it used to. The second window needs to be setup to come from a proxy or in some other way another IP address. I suppose this is blizzards way of getting rid of multibotting on the same computer. (check the sticky to see how to configure this)
2. Currently there aren't any plugins written for 1.11 and 1.10 ones DO NOT WORK (all the ones I tried crash d2 as it connects to bnet)
3. Common switches such as no sound and others still work as normal.

Seeing as ive never had to use D2loader before, could you explain in like 3 sentences what it is and does?

all i know is that you dont need your cd to play and its faster than loading from your cd rom too ^_^

D2loader allows you to play without your CD (or if you don't have your original) and gives you the ability to have other options the normal diablo exe doesn't. You can have it set your account/pass if you like so you don't have to type it, or you can load plugins which do various things (no working 1.11s yet =( ) You can also have multiple windows loaded, even on the same cdkey. But now blizzard has limited you to one connection per IP address it seems, so this is rather useless now as every free proxy in the world will get used and the same rules apply to them, only one connection per IP.
