Im havin connection problems....

When i click on battlenet "useast" it goes to the select char screen then it keeps sayin "connecting" for like 3 mins and then it says Realm down...Does ne one know whats wrong if u do plz reply i could be grateful....Ty....

This is when your connection isnt good. I also had it there were 2 possible ways- 1st to connect later or 2nd to try again.When you have it you dont have to wait reconnect and see if it works.
