I'm a super N00b and need help

sorry, this is my first crack at the dark side of bots n stuff... but I can't download Jedi. I don't have permission, but I'm registered both on the forums and diabloworld. I feel retarded, but can't find help anywhere. Maybe I'm not supposed to DL it yet or something?
