k, we have 1.09 dropmod. now, when 1.10 came out, it pached teh 1.09 dropmod.

now, you have 1.09 installed, NOT 1.10

therefore, nothing from 1.10 is in your diablo game. therefore, is the patch for that dropmod in ? no.
