IExplorer problem

Hey, so uh, I have to always hit the refresh button (f5) everytime I go anywhere. No where auto updates. Anyone know why?

becuase the pages are catched into your browser.
you can change this option by doing this:

Tools > internet options > general tab > settings button > check *Every visit to the page* > hit OK > hit APPLY > done.

But the best solution to this problem would be to get a better browser. mozilla firefox @ www.mozilla.org/firefox/
