Why don't they have different looks for similar items, like, for example, 10 images for a chainmail, each of them appear different on the character. Also, I really think there should be more gems, that give other powers, and other colors, or even other textures. And how about, like, for example, the set, unique, and runewords be animated, so if the runeword is 'heart of the oak', it should have sort of a wood texture over the image. Or if it gives you light radius, it should have light, and dust particles run up and down the blade.

Another thought is pretty far-fetched for a patch, but why don't we have the ability to make a fusion of characters? Like a necrodruid, that raises skeleton wolves, and that has a hurricane with sharp bones in it. Or an assassinecro, that's like a necro that has a mask over his mouth, and can raise dragons, and tigers, and can use bone claws that do a helluva lot of damage to undead. Or a Palidruid, that can turn into an angel werewolf or something.

Ok, I'm rambling... sorry.... :p

The fusion ideas aren't that good but I do think they should add more textures and such.

Oh, no no no. I expect MUCH more from Diablo III. Oh yeah.
BTW: The fusion idea, should be like, maybe 20% of something or 80% of something else. Or you could change the appearances of the class. Just decide what cholthes you want them to start out with.
Or better yet: they should divide and subdivide classes, like
-Ranged
--Amazon, rogue, hunter
-Magic
--Sorcerer, Mage, Sage, Witch, Wizard, Warlock, Necromancer, Druid, etc.
-Fighting
--Warrior, Cult Monk, Barbarian, Assassin, etc.

an so on, and afterward, you can select "what species"

Off topic, reguarding diablo 3, I would say that we should be allowed to pick our own skills from a selection of various ones, and define our specific appearance, every detail. We could give ourselves the class title, when we put in the name.
BUYA! Now THAT's an idea!

ALURA:
When will you get this?
...I am not the one who brought up Diablo III. I explained what I wanted in Diablo III, because someone else mentioned that the idea my first post should belong in Diablo III. I mean, why should we have to download all these different patches? Why don't they just make it right the first time?

Because, no one ever gets anything right the first time. Something is ALWAYS wrong. Balance changes, bugs, etc. As time goes on, new things are added, and old problems are fixed. That's how I see it anyways.

Hey, name a game that has more patches than diablo. I agree with Orcryst. Do it right, or don't do it. This is why I see so many pirate copies of D2, because some of the pirate copies are better.
