I want a bot pindle will be fine but i prefer meph but anyways i am a cold sorc and cant kill pindle cause the skeleton guys are cold immune and this REALLY BLOWS where should i go to get items cause the pindle thing isnt workin for me

If you have time to flame the guy, why not just calmly answer him or direct him to a stickie.

Pindle and his minions aren't cold immune, so dont worry about it.
