If you are after a working bot, that does not need a CD key, and you don't mind it sitting in a channel that begins with Public Chat.
(You can always add a name after the Public Chat)

From there, you can apply for the UB Pro Apps to get you into a private channel, if you qualify.

There are others out there that require a CD Key, but since I only have the one, I never used them.
