ok im kinda new to the whole hackin thing, and i just wanna mess with newbies heads, ive seen a hack that drops a fake item on the floor lets say a soj and no one can pick it up. i would really like this hack. plz tell me were i can get it

Your example only works client-side. In other words, only you see the "fake" item. Everyone else either sees nothing, or what you really dropped.

The only reason I can think you would want to mess with people's heads, is to make them think you know more than what you do, and the only use of this that I can see would be scamming....
