helm: -25% +%doesn't matter much
armor: coh/nigma/16060
shield: -15/+15 headhunters/ SS / resist shields as needed
weapon: thunderstroke +4 (ed doesn't matter)
boots: resist boots are good, runwalk would be nice
gloves: +3 java 20 ias magical gloves
belt: tgods
rings: raven/dwarf/wisp/bk switch as needed
ammy: imp brow in nonladder, maras otherwise, highlords not a bad option
