I NEED SERIOUS HELP HERE PEOPLE!!!

I am looking for a map. It is a evolves mass map. You get 3 life lines. The map is very well designed, and an excellent map over all. But I can't find it. The Life Lines are Defilers, you get 3 options, You can Upgrade your level, heal your base to half health, or Cut all of your opponents unit's health by 75%. I think it was Evovles 2005, I don't have it anymore. I pwned at it though, could win easy.

Here's 2 Evolves 2005 I have. I haven't checked it out. My brother plays these maps.

I believe it was something along the lines of Evolves Mass, Lifelines.
I'm still not one hundred percent sure though, it's been awhile since I had it.
