Diablo 2 Pindlebot

I cant get pindlebot to work for me... it gets into battle net.. joins open pindlebot channel, makes a game, and then it just stops.. so I went to kill pindleskin... but nothing dropped can someone plz help me?

nothing is suppose to drop. U have to keep killing and waiting for good items to appear

also when I get into the game.. if I click C or I to open my inventory or char status, it says (not reserved)... is that bad or does it matter?
