I Need Help With Proxy Ports?!

:lucifer Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forums,
Does any one know what the starting ip address is and ending ip address is for proxy scanning? And which ports to use? Also any one know why after one time using a proxy it seems to be no good after one time?

Also , does any one know what the fastest and best way is to scan for proxies are? I have been using proxyhunter and proxy scanner some and a few others. What other ones are out there that are good any know?
