I Need Help With D2jsp!!

hey i downloaded d2jsp and i did wat balbanes said and i clicked on the penguin and nothing started now words even came up in the window so i deleted it and redownloaded it then it did it agian wat is the prob im gonna download agian but it prolly will do the same thing agian

umm i did wat balbanes said then click on the penguin and then the window came up and it said NOTHING i dont know wats going on im just doing it manualy and i dont want to anymore
