Second off, Passive is where you have something that stays as long as you have that item equipped (such as Lightning Pierce)

Third off, the little skeleton is called "Delirium".When your selecting NV States, it should be near the bottom of the list and it'll be called Delirium (somewhere around Full Set Generic)
