At least you posted in the right forums. Its likely you have created a disabled unit that crashes SC right at the start. Post the map too.

Either that or you placed a building too close to the map edge in the editor. That will unconditionally close the map whether vision is on it or not.

Theres tons of those kinds of shut down glitches, the most common is the disabled units cuz people think 'oh cool a new unit' and theyplace it and then there map crashes every time.
