I Need An Excellent NEcro Build

I had made a 1.09 poison/bone necromancer. He owned but unfortunatley, with the coming of synergies in 1.10, he has been ruined. I've finally decided to undertake the construction of a new necro. Im completely lost, however, on the basics of making a reasonably good necromancer in the 1.10 patch. If anyone has a very good necromancer, of any type (bone, poison, summoner) please let me know. I need to know:

Stat Point Distribution
Skills (what to max, certain points into certain skills)
Equipment

Although I'm not making him for express Pking I would like him to be able to own someone once in a while. If anyone could help me on the forum, or meet me in a game, it would be much appreciated.

ok...here we go...an easy one to build first off without bein rich...a summoner, max skel,skele mage,skele mastery and the rest into wutever points....bout 75-100 mana, just enough strength adn dex for equioment and then the rest into vita

oh, thanks, I'm new to the forum and not that good at navigating it, or else i would have tried to find those on my own. Thanks a lot. Now the question is...what type is better? bone or poison? (i dont like summoners)

ur choice really, poison seems to be sort of mass killer & pvp, and bone is for pvp i guess. go here for bone necro:

If you want a PvM killer, choose a Poison necro, who is also good for PvP.

If you want the PvP Killer, a Bone necro is awesome. He makes pure magical damage, which cannot be resisted by your opponents.
