how do u know so much about mapmaking???? How did u figure it out????

Its pretty simple really how we figured it all out... we sat down and tinkered and tinkered and tinkered untill we have the vast amont of knowlage we have now

it si really easy to teach yourself. if you know any sort of programing, it is alot easier.

As Pan said, we did everything by trial and error. Everything comes from tinkering around with events and such.

And if after 20 times you can't seem to get anything right. Either ask or don't try anymore, that's why cooking and gardening blows for me :(.

Still, its not a hard program to learn :).

Well, if I had it my way, the JASS script editor would be finally debugged so it didn't crash upon heavy code. :(

Practice and a lot of programming knowledge helps. And the ability to figure out what the World Editor can and cannot do. The nice thing is that the knowledge gained can be reused again and again for the same thing.*

I can easily pick up sarcasm in speech, not text on my PC screen :p.

Make mistakes if you need to, sometimes those are the best ways to learn.

look in your WarIII directory and find he worldedit. it isn't hard to spot, one of the few exe.
