I just downloaded the newest lod 1.09 no cd etc. patch, can anyone help me?

I just downloaded this patch, and cant get it to work.

Can anyone explain a step - by -step tutorial on how to do this?

You copy the 2 files: d2xmusic and d2xvideo into the diablo 2 dir.

you place lod.exe from the zip file into the game directory too and start that when you want to play.

If it doesnt work for you(actually mine logs on to battle.net fine but my char moves sort of choppy in the game sometimes) you can try this link: www.megagames.com

But beware sometimes there is virus in the files that you download from that site.

I use CD for playing(and have bought the game in stores) but i have been experimenting a lot with making it run without CD.

yep, i gotta huge @ss crack in my cd from my roomate, that idiot, so the only choice i had was to use a loader, pretty decent, works fine, no cd spin/speed ups which is kewl...

As for installation, how can u not get a loader to work, read the txt or nfo before posting questions on how to do things... its all extremely simple, equivelent to you newbies installing msn

I NEED A NO CD HACK! i dont have the disc anymore, so i cant play, i need a no-cd hack, i am addicted to d2!
