I Found it out

My problem with zoids and d2loader was that i dont hav storm.dll.... when i would put zoids into the plugin folder everything would go well till i got to double click on loader...
it said
The application Storm.dll was not found.

any1 know what that is or how i can fix it?

Reinstall. Storm.Dll is a prime .Dll or extension that coems with every blizzard game. You might be able to copy it from another blizzard game folder (Star Craft for example) And put in your D2 Folder. Otherwise, reinstall.
