I was one of the main supporters for the BF CS server, and I regret to say I have had many thoughts of quitting CS ..

I suck horribly, I want to focus on my Diablo 2 startegies to better them, I have a Diablo 2 clan to manage, and my graphics card/computer makes me lag horribly on all maps etc..

Granted I am getting a new computer soon, there are still the other factors.

I will not quit CS, but you will hardly see me playing.

In fact I will only play when D2 bores me and I want something to do.

D2 is a waste of time imo. Everytime I quit/started again it was just too easy for me(d2). It is simple to get all the items you want and the strategies are all written down pretty much... d2 is dieing anyway. By next yeahish(summer-winter maybe) they will release guildwars (www.guildwars.com) and most people will forget about diablo2.

TwistedRat. You make a very good point. For anyone who has played D2, they know it is an off and on game play. I went back and forth playing D2 for the longest time. I now relize it is a really big waste of time. It becomes boring extremly fast because there are not that many different things to do in the game. There are really no tactics or skills to gain by playing. I would say that you should continue to keep playing Counter-Strike because your skills continiously keep growing. So stick at it for the most part. Especially over D2.
Yes i relize it is your choice, but this is just my opinion. But eather way.

And anyways, D2 has 50k+ on east at once alone, daily..there are 3 other realms..so ya, I don't think that many people will leave D2 for guildwars

yeah, im considering reinstalling once i dont have anything further i need to prepare for my a+ class that im helping teach at school. ill only be playing cs every other weekend when i go to my friends house with his broadband, so you guys will prolly find me playing around in d2 every once in a while once i get things straightened out...*hops to the d2 forums*

see this is what i dont get about how people get torn between cs and d2. the decision is simple. in d2 you are dependant on your items and how rich you are. in cs u are dependant on your skills and the situation. no matter what happens, you will get owned by someone that has a hacked out windforce when you have a greatbow of the tiger (or sum shit) while in cs there is still a 40% chance to win if all you have is a usp and the enemy has an awp and a deagle.

Exactly, all it means is that you use them. If you didn't keep up to date with hacks you would get banned off steam in a month or two.

lol im deathscythe. naw its just that i know that in all aim, and fy maps there are ppl directly behind you and its incredibly easy to get hs on those maps for some reason.

just ask viz and hel tell u that i don hack or ghost, ghost in the shell, and ninjahamster (ppl that come onto the server sometimes).i just play cs too often . that blood guy on the other hand.....
