I pay attention in class, take notes and spend at least 5 hours everyday finishing the homework. Yet I'm still getting probably the lowest grade in the class.

So far I'm getting
100% on the homework
70% unit 1 quiz
60% Unit 1 Test
1% Unit 2 quiz

Wth, seriously I do all my homework and spend an assload of time on it and I still get ****en literally 1% on a quiz. I got every ****en thing wrong, but got marks for attempting. Holy ****en shit.

Now theres a unit 2 test coming up in less than a day.

This is my daily schedule, wakeup, review math while eating lunch, school, 1 hour to relax, eat dinner, do math until the middle of the night, sleep.

**** I dont even have a summer vacation now.
Any suggestions of wth I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

well what math is it?
pre-calc?
calc?

last summer i did 536 (as it is known in quebec, which is the highest math before calc) and I slept during my tutorings and got 80% on the exam, which as an old june exam...
seriously tho, what is it....
functions? logs? identities?......?????
I dropped calculus the first day of school so i cant help you with that
was the best decision i made, going to political science

Wow, you are failing at life. WTF? You need to cheat more and get higher scores OR get some asian to do your work for you. i'd get the asian if I were you. they are uber smart.

I think there's my problem.

I can do most of without my notes 90%

That still wouldn't explain my 10% quiz mark.

If I knew how to do most of them i should at least be getting 75%

If you're getting perfect marks on the homework, you should be getting perfect marks on the quizzes. Its honestly not that hard.

well its easy to do homework when you have something to refer too to help and check. problem is with that you will most likely end up trying to teach yourself again during tests.

oh so it is math 536
in quebec they let you have a cheat sheet...
Ah well...
what you should do is memorize the formulas, like how do u know if the parabola is wide/narrow, etc....
its not that hard... trig functions just know the base formula and know what the coefficients mean/change the function

Okay I hired a tutor.
Pretty expensive and I'm not sure it will be too effective.
Reason being hes only available once a week (Sunday ) and in one week we begin and end a chapter (w/ test and quiz)

So I pretty much have to learn everything from the coming week Sunday.

Also I dont know the guy. Found him on the internet. What if hes a murder? lol, seriously.
