i remember 2-3 years ago i downloaded an hack that permitted me to send messages like the hand with raised middle finger or to send different lines wrote by me

The closest I know of is called iNHALE. I think there was another one called spam-it or something.

i found inhale but i think that annihilation has that features... dunno :|

just open delphi and draw your own. then have it send them on a key press (F2, F3, F4, ect...)
