I am having trouble dling a mod.

Hi, could someone help me out. I can't download any mods i try to. It either say they don't exist, or they just never download. My connection is only 56k, but my friend dled just fine with his 56k. What do I have to do?

ok, sorry its taken me awhile to reply but this damn forum keeps syaing i am not logged on, when i am. Anyway, the download box shows up but it won't download. No errors show up, the damn thing just won't download. I am downloading from mewgood.com , can you help me or give me a better site?
