wouldnt the dex be enough to use gear because smite always hits?

Enless you use a skill like charge or deal before or after you smite.then you need a little dex so you can hit

i have a smite, charge pally...its randomly PVP onwage you cant attack becasue ill charge to stum you then smite you untill you die..

so i now have a base of 60 dex
with max holy shield i only have 37% block with an eth exile
i have 70 points unspent at level 83
what do i do lol

just find them yourself, you dont need to get 20 + life, you cna get 18 or 17 or 19 and just be happ ywith it.

most of my pally's charms have either 17 +++ life &resistance/max dmg/AR sc.

Yea, doing baal runs or meph runs or any runs and IDing every charm you see would be more effecient than trading away a high rune.
